Welcome
Nat Yonce is a composer, performer, story teller, science fiction/comic book aficionado and swashbuckler of hot sauces. In May, 2012, Nat will complete his Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Birmingham-Southern College, a four-year, private liberal arts institution in Birmingham, Alabama. His training has included four years of private composition lessons, three years of private music lessons in double bass, guitar, and piano (following eight years of private double bass lessons); multiple theory courses; and participation in the school’s New Music Ensemble. In 2011, he served as part of the sound crew for the theatre department's production of Spring Awakening. He is quite familiar with the studio set-up. He is a member of The Magic Math, an acoustic rock band which has just professionally produced a full-length album and has a tour set up for March 2012. Nat has worked on sound design/effects with “instruments” he built himself and with Reaper recording software. Nat is pursuing admission to graduate schools in order to attain a level of expertise with recording equipment and techniques, scoring and incidental music composition, and writing for various media to be the person to revive the lost art of the radio play.
Nat hopes you will enjoy the music portfolio found on this website.
